Andrea, you did a great job. But personally I would leave discussion about controversial cases for later. It is interesting to see how difficutlt it is to group them together. Afterall, the membership of documents in genre classes depends on the definition of genre that we have in mind. If our definition of genre comprises the thee attributes, i.e. <form, purpose, functionality>, we should separate "Ordering Form/Booking Form" from "Registration Form" because the purpose of these classes is differnt. If our definition includes only <form, functionality>, these classes might be collapsed together. I personally think that the purpose is a very important attribute. I am not sure about <content>... <content> can be different from <topic>. We could say that "biographies" have all the same <content>, i.e. personal life, but not the same topic, i.e. the specific personal life an author is narrating. We definitely need more discussion about this!
